Shipping and Delivery

Attention: Cash on delivery is available only for local deliveries within Poland. For international orders, items can only be shipped with prepayment.

SHIPPING RATES

International shipping cost is €15.
Delivery time is 3–5 business days.

LOST/UNCOLLECTION OF PACKAGES

SOFTEARS is not responsible for any incorrect address provided during the payment process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the order that was placed for you without any fees.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship daily around 8pm. Orders placed before 8pm will be shipped the same day.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent via email after 8pm.
